WHAT
IS A SHARE DRAFT? Credit Union share drafts look
like and act like bank checks, but there are several
differences you should consider: They cost less. And
they earn more. They're easy to use and they provide
instant access to your credit union funds.
HOW
DO I DEPOSIT TO MY SHARE DRAFT ACCOUNT? Deposits can
be made to a share draft account just like any other
account. i.e. ATM, Direct Payroll, Transfer between
accounts, Phone Teller, In Person.
WHAT
DO I DO WHEN I NEED CASH? Write a share draft just
as you would write a check. Drafts may be cashed for
up to $500.00 at any Wilmington Trust. You may
also use your Mac or Visa Debit card to make a cash
withdrawal or Point of Sale Purchase.
WHAT
IF I NEED PROOF OF PAYMENT? Not only will you have
your own copy of each share draft you write, but
upon request we will provide a facsimile of any paid
share draft for a modest service fee. That cost is
ordinarily repaid many times over by the dividends
you earn on your account balance.
WHAT
DO YOU MEAN BY "OVERDRAFT PROTECTION"? To
avoid an overdraft, simply complete an overdraft
protection card and the credit union will
automatically transfer money from any credit union
account
CAN
I STOP PAYMENT ON A SHARE DRAFT? Yes! We will need
the draft number and dollar amount. There is a small
fee for this service
