Visa’s Foreign Transaction Fee is changing for debit and credit card programs.  Effective April 4, 2008, Visa will change the way Foreign Fees are assessed on international transactions depending on whether multiple currencies are involved.Visa will begin to assess 0.8% for international transactions that do not involve multiple currencies instead of the current 1%.The current 1% Foreign Transaction Fee for international transactions involving multiple currencies remains unchanged.
