Overdraft Coverage Options
Life happens! Louviers Federal Credit Union understands that unexpected overdrafts occur from time to time – Overdraft Coverage* can help.
We have a number of Overdraft Coverage* options:
Overdraft Protection - A link to your savings account to transfer should you accidentally overdraw.
Overdraft Privilege - We will cover your overdraft up to $500.00, so your bills still get paid!
Standard Coverage – Automatically enrolled after 30 days of account opening, includes checks, ACH, recurring debit card payments, online bill pay items, internet banking transfers, telephone banking, and teller window transactions.
Extended Coverage – Requires your consent and extends your Overdraft Privilege to include ATM withdrawals and everyday debit purchases.
*While Overdraft Protection through a linked savings account is free of charge, when Overdraft Privilege (either standard or extended coverage) is used, the member will still incur the $25.00 overdraft fee per transaction up to $500.00.
